While King Kandy may be king, It is Queen Frostine who people see as really in control of the kingdom. Though never cruel to her subjects, Queen Frostine often comes off as cold and intimidating. Wherever she goes, her Snowflake whip leaves a trail of sparkling sugar snowflakes. Her favorite places are Snow Flake Lake and the Candy Castle’s dungeon. She often spends her time in the dungeon playing with her favorite playtoys, her husband, and Lord Licorice.
